Facebook Data Deletion
Last updated: October 11, 2026
50/50 Realty LLC uses Facebook Login so that authorized members of our team can connect the brokerage’s own Facebook Page to our marketing workspace. This page explains what we keep from that connection, how to disconnect it, and how to ask us to delete what we hold. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What we keep
- The name and ID of the Facebook Page that was connected, and the permissions that were granted.
- An access token for the Page, stored encrypted, so the workspace can read the Page and act on it for our team.
- Performance figures for the posts we publish to our Page (for example reach, reactions, comments and shares counts), and a record of who connected or disconnected the Page and when.
Comments, visitor posts and insights shown on our staff screen are fetched from Facebook when a team member opens the screen. We do not keep a copy of them. We do not use Facebook Login for visitors to this website, and we do not collect information about visitors from Facebook.
Option 1 — Remove the app from your Facebook account
- Sign in to Facebook and open your account settings.
- Find the section for the apps and business integrations connected to your account.
- Select the 50/50 Realty app and choose Remove. Facebook then stops allowing the app to access your account and Pages.
Removing the app on Facebook ends its access immediately. It does not by itself erase the records described above, which we delete only when you ask us to (Option 3).
Option 2 — Disconnect inside our workspace (50/50 Realty staff)
A signed-in broker or administrator can open Marketing, then Connections, and choose Disconnect on the Facebook connection. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token. The record that a Page was connected, and when, is kept for our audit history until it is deleted on request.
Option 3 — Ask us to delete your information
Deletion requests are handled by a person at our brokerage; there is no automatic deletion when you remove the app on Facebook. Email us from the address associated with your Facebook account, or write or call, and tell us that you are requesting Facebook data deletion and which Facebook Page or account is involved. We will review your request, delete the information we hold about the connection, and confirm with you when it is done. We may keep information we are legally required to keep.
